The football community was left stunned after news spread that FC Bayern Munich sacked manager Nico kovac following the club’s 5 – 1 humiliation at Frankfurt (Watch the Highlight here)
The likes of Ole Solskjaer (Man United), Unai Emery (Arsenal), Ernesto Valverde (Barcelona) and Mauricio Pochettino (Tottenham) are now the next favourites to lose their jobs.
Ole Solskjaer – Manchester United
With Manchester United having their worst start to a league campaign in 33 years, and if things don’t change any time soon, Solskjaer days at the club are numbered.
The Red Devils have won just 3 games from 11 this season, getting just 13 points so far and sit 10th on the Premier League table.
Unai Emery – Arsenal
We have heard from multiple news report that Arsenal boss Unai Emery has been handed a lifeline of 3 games to save his job.
The former PSG boss has come under intense criticism in recent weeks, with Arsenal winning just 3 of their last 9 league matches.
Amid the poor results, there is also a feeling the manager has lost the dressing room (perfect example is the handling of former captain Granit Xhaka after he told his own fans to f*** off), and the club are in a stagnant place since Arsene Wenger stepped down in 2018.
Ernesto Valverde – Barcelona
Ernesto Valverde, the Barcelona Manager, has always been a favourite to lose his job since he got signed from Athletico Bilbao, with many Barcelona fans criticising his style of play.
Though he guided Barcelona to the La Liga trophy last season and his team are currently topping the league table this campaign.
Yet Barcelona are far from the dominant force they used to be, losing 3 games from 11 matches this season.
An increasing number of Barcelona faithful have grown frustrated with Valverde, particularly after their poor displays in the Champions League, which saw them lose a three-goal advantage in the knockout rounds of the Champions League in consecutive years against Roma and Liverpool.
Mauricio Pochettino – Tottenham
Another man on the black book list is Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs have lost more games than any other Premier League side this year and haven’t won away in the league since January.
Tottenham are currently sitting 11th on the Premier league table with just 13 points from 11 matches so far.
Even Pochettino admitted his players are in a rut which they need to jump out of.
Some teams have backed their managers even when things are going bad expecting a change of fortune.
Yet the inevitable sack letter pops up if good results don’t come by.
So The Big Question Is
Which Of These Football Managers Deserve To Be Sacked Next?
Lets hear from everyone
